SPC 909N is a Hydrogen peroxide activated aircraft paint stripper with a long shelf-life for the efficient removal of difficult primers and multiple paint layers. This coating remover is specifically designed for aerospace applications and it’s a cost-effective and environmentally advantaged means for the removal of coatings from aircraft surfaces. SPC-909N can be used on aluminium, mild steel, high strength steel, and titanium when used as directed. SPC-909N is not recommended for use on magnesium surfaces. This product is available in gel form and is blue in colour to assist with coverage during application, it’s also non-DG – making it simpler to store and transport.

For premium results with SPC 909N, Surface Prep recommends airless spray application. This product replaces dangerous caustic and chlorinated options, offering reduced toxicity and organic construction. Because SPC909 remains wet it will work for longer, and if required, it can be left to develop overnight.
